• Your license has already been revoked or suspended in the past 2 years for a Criminal Code offense or for an accumulation of demerit points

• You only had a learner's license when your license was revoked

• You have another sanction entered on your driving record

• You are unable to demonstrate to the judge your need to drive a vehicle to perform your main job

• Your application for a restricted license is related to the revocation of a Class 4C (taxi) driver's license
